This is a vented fuel tank for 1970 to 1977 MGB.  The tank has an increased capacity of 16 gallons and comes with sending unit lock ring and improved drain plug.  Tanks are made with corrosion resistant Ni Terne steel to fight of rust and ethanol fuel. Plus like original the tank has an internal baffle and is painted black to keep with the original look.  With the addition of four gallons the tank does hang down lower than the stock tank, so backing up must be done with care.  Also like original the fuel tank pick up DOES NOT have a filter on the pickup.
