This plate and screw kit is required on cars from 1980 on if you have purchased GAM215A/6A chrome door mirrors or the Torpedo door mirrors GAM107/8. This kit is only the metal plate and screws as the plastic part is included with the mirror when purchased new-if you require the plastic part also to fit to the door from 1980 on see M90999 for R/H or M90997 for L/H
